  • Biblical Studies: AA degree, Maple Springs Seminary Bible College.
  • Biblical Theology: Bachelor's and Master's degrees, Andersonville Theological Seminary, Camilla, GA.
  • Pastoral Counseling: Master's and Doctoral degrees, Andersonville Theological Seminary, Camilla, GA.

  • Call to Preach: Answered in 1997, licensed on December 31, 2001, ordained on July 3, 2005 by Pastor/Bishop Dr. Glen A. Staples at The Temple of Praise (formerly Anna Johenning Baptist Church).

Passion and Mission: Pastor Proctor is passionate about seeing lost souls saved and helping people become all they can be in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His favorite scripture is Exodus 14:14: "The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace."
